In the manga, Ramon was first seen during Dorgias' match with Kintaro as he states that he and Hill Hewitt should warm-up and trust Dorgias in winning his match. Eventually, as Dorgias forfeits the match, Ramon was not able to play a match.
In the anime, Ramon and Hill only had cameos as they did not had any lines. They were seen cheering for Dorgias his match and during the lineup exchange.
