U-17（アンダーセブンティーン）日本代表合宿に参加中の中学生たち。一度は合宿所を去ることとなった「負け組」メンバーも試練を乗り越え帰還し、合宿所は再び活気を取り戻していた。無口なルームメイトたちを相手に赤也が落ち武者話を披露する205号室。合宿に持ち込んだ鉢植えの話題で盛り上がる不二たち201号室。211号室では黄金ペア同士のまくら投げが始まって…。
その頃、真田は三船コーチの伝言を受けとっていた。この合宿の1軍と呼ばれる最強選手たちが、1か月の海外遠征から戻ってくるというのだ！The return of the losers has rejuvenated the U-17 once again. Akaya is excited; Room 201 (Fuji, Shiraishi, and Yukimura) are talking about plants; and a pillow fight occurs in Room 211 which extends to most other middle schoolers.
Sanada receives a message from Coach Mifune that the 1st Stringers will arrive in a months time!
