M. Nobtail is a TUBE U-17 High School Representative.
Personality[]
An obnoxiously loud and arrogant representative. Nobtail likes to play dirty. Prior to Tsube's pre-World Cup match against the US, he and another representative attempted to trap the US team in the shower room by tying up their door in hopes of getting the team disqualified from the main tournament, as tardiness to a Pre-World Cup match meant instant disqualification. On the court, he frequently goes out of his way to insult and taunt his opponents. While not a subpar player, Ryoma easily overwhelms him after the team arrives.

Pre-World Cup[]
While the USA Representatives are in the shower, he locks the room to get them disqualified. He plays in the first match against the USA team.
He pairs up with M. Halharter against Ryoma and Oliver replacing Ryoga.
When the USA Representatives finally escape the trap, Ryoma defeats both of them in an instant with his interdimensional tennis.

Nobtail plays dirty. He is not above cheating or distracting his opponents to win.
