Hazue Kaidō (海堂葉末 Kaidō Hazue) is the son of Shibuki Kaidō and Hozumi Kaidō and the younger brother of Kaoru Kaidō.

Etymology[]

The name Hazue means "leaf, plane, lobe, needle, blade, spear, counter for flat things, fragment, piece" (葉) (ha) and "end, close, tip, powder, posterity" (末) (sue/zue).
Hazue's surname Kaidō means "sea, ocean" (海) (kai) and "temple" (堂) (dō).
