Background
He is a member of the American Team that played in the Good-Will Games. Billy grew up on a ranch in an unknown city in the American West. His family moved to Los Angeles when he was 12 and he was never able to adapt well to "city life." He began to play tennis to become a person worthy of attention to the girl he fell in love with at first sight, Stephanie who is the daughter of one of Baker's possible sponsors. His doubles partner for the Good-Will Games was Michael Lee.
Appearance
Billy has his hair in a similar fashion to that of Momoshiro, but has two locks of hair up front that resemble Oishi's hairstyle. His hair is brown, and he generally wears a cowboy hat over it.
